process and he went out of his way to contact the town on getting the last meter
reading and fire alarm inspection. The marketing portion of my house looked
amazing and he was able to get top dollar. I would highly recommend him to any

James helped me short sale my house in Dracut MA! I was in a large amount of debt,
after Wells Fargo had promised I would be eligible for the “Making Homes Affordable
Act”, but they lied and I was going to go into Foreclosure. James helped ensure that I
was able to sell the house through a short sale, and I was then able to buy another
house within a few years as a result. Me and my three children our truly grateful for

Finding the right house on a tight budget can be stressful. Especially when you add in all the rules that apply to finding a house that is VA home loan approved.

A few realtors told us we might not find a home, but James took it as a challenge and offered up many dream houses.

Now we are in a position of deciding on which home to choose. James always gave us hope in finding the right home and was always there for us when we had a question.

He is by far the best realtor you could ever find. I am definitely going to refer him to anyone who is looking for a home. Also once I graduate I will call him again when we want to upgrade. Thank you James, you are truly appreciated.

It went great. James was our advocate from the very start. He was willing to do showings any day and any time, anywhere.

He was objective and always offered ideas. He is an expert with the VA loan process. James also applied his extensive knowledge and customer advocacy to ensure we got the house we wanted despite other offers to the seller.

With James’ help, during the slow real estate season of January in Boston, we just closed on the first house that we put an offer on! We submitted the offer on January 14th. Closed February 14th! Amazing! I felt lucky to have James on my side and would recommend him without hesitation!

I couldn’t say enough about the service James provided. We had to plan this move and purchase this home from 1500 miles away in another state and James made it possible! He was our eyes and ears and he made sure everything that needed to be done was done. He was available for all of our inspections for us, so we didn’t have to make unnecessary trips and saved us time and money on airfare.
