Marathon Real Estate was incorporated April 3rd, 2015, after transitioning from affiliation with a virtual office.   December 1st, 2022 we joined with CENTURY 21, to become CENTURY 21 Marathon.  It has been a journey of growth, education, and civic engagement. We have optimized compensation to our agents and broker by keeping our overhead low and investing fresh marketing and innovative ideas. This has allowed us to provide deep attention and commitment to our clients. CENTURY Marathon target market is in Hopkinton. The Hopkinton housing market is strong due to the desirability of the town. We see the need for more comprehensive marketing in our community. We will also continue to serve our core clientele who tend to be first-time buyers and veterans who seek to purchase and sell throughout New England.
